- A 8-storey building: tell me the building and floor so I can allow time for carrying equipment and, if there are several rooms, finish them all in one visit.
- The building is new, so the aircon supplied with the room may still be under the manufacturer's warranty — check its conditions before calling an outside technician. Routine cleaning I can do as usual.
- In condo rooms the outdoor unit is usually on the balcony or in a service ledge on the building wall. Send a photo of where it is and I'll bring the right equipment.
- Rooms without a balcony can be cleaned: I use a drainage cover bag and lay a two-layer protective sheet, and leave the room tidy.
About the Nong Chom area
Nong Chom lies south of the Mae Jo area, bordering the Fa Ham and San Phisuea sub-districts of Mueang district. Chiang Mai–Phrao Road runs along the west side of the sub-district, and Outer Ring Road 121 crosses it at the Nong Chom intersection. It is a community continuous with Nong Han, with many housing estates, a large number of shops and businesses, and schools such as Payap Technology and Business Administration College and Nation University's Chiang Mai campus. Some farmland remains.
