Pro Fresh Care is the trading name of CHER SOLUTIONS CO., LTD., a registered Thai company based in San Kamphaeng on the east side of Chiang Mai. I clean, repair, install and relocate air conditioners across the city, and I strip and wash washing machines. Every job is quoted before it starts and I do the work myself, so the person you message is the person who knows your unit.

I think you should know from the start who is coming into your home, and that when you need the same unit looked at again, or a warranty call, you reach the person who remembers it. That is why I do not send someone else.
Two things matter most to me on every job: a clean result with the room left tidy, and a complete price before I start. If the job grows on site, I stop and ask first.
I work in written English on LINE using a translation app. Short, plain sentences come through best, and you keep a written record of what was agreed. Messaging works far better than a phone call for English.
Six things I promise every customer
These are the rules I decide by when I am standing in your home.
The price comes before the work, every time
Whatever the size of the job, you get a firm figure before I start. If something on site adds to it, I stop and ask before carrying on.
Refrigerant is measured before anything is added
Overcharging raises the pressure and shortens the life of the compressor. I check the level in front of you, and if it is not low, I tell you and leave it.
You see the old part whenever one is replaced
The part that came out is shown to you with an explanation of what failed, so you can see what the money went on.
A clear recommendation when a repair is not worth it
When a repair would cost more than half the price of a new unit, I say so and lay out the options. The decision stays with you.
Your home is left as I found it
Two layers of sheeting go down before I open anything, and I tidy up before I hand over. There is nothing for you to clean afterwards.
Repeat faults are covered by the warranty
If the same fault comes back inside the warranty period, I come back and fix it at no charge.
On the job
Uniform, sheets down first, and the room handed back the way it was.

No deposit. You pay in cash or by Thai bank transfer after you have seen the finished work.
