Aircon cleaning, repair, installation and washing machine cleaning. Each report keeps what the photos show separate from what the customer told me, and anything I could not confirm is marked as not specified.

With the inner tub taken out, brown rust was found on almost the entire outer surface of the stainless steel tub. The base under the pulsator and the water-push rod had built-up black deposits, and the outer tub walls were brown with deposits right down to the bottom of the tub.

The outdoor unit was mounted high on the wall under the eaves. It had to come down by ladder, one step at a time, so the refrigerant pipes would not kink. Once it was off, the old wall was left with bracket marks and rust stains that needed tidying before the unit went up in its new spot.
