Every rate I charge is here — one price for every customer. I confirm the total with you before I start.
Wall-mounted aircon cleaning

Suspended and ceiling-recessed units

Every step is included and done thoroughly: dust sheets over everything below the unit, panels and filters taken down and washed separately, the coil rinsed until the water runs clear, the drain tray cleaned, a disinfectant spray, the drain pump checked and a test run before handover. These are starting prices. The final figure depends on the size of the unit and the ceiling height, since most of these jobs need a ladder or scaffold. I quote before I start.
New aircon installation

Includes the wall bracket, up to 4 m of piping and the trunking. Warranty 1 year when you buy the unit from me, 6 months when you supply your own unit.

Unit prices depend on the model and the promotion running at the time, so I quote per model. Installation is charged at the normal rate by size. Second-hand units carry a 1 month warranty on the unit itself. I have to see your old unit before I can put a price on it.
Repairs and other services

Parts and labour for repairs depend on the fault and the model, so I quote after diagnosing. The diagnostic fee is deducted from the bill when you go ahead with the repair.

Strip-down clean plus disinfection, a check and seal of the gaps that let outdoor air into the room, and an assessment of your filters. Meant for the burning season, February to April. Priced by unit size, the same as the Premium Full Wash.
Top-load washing machine drum clean

The drum comes out and every removable part is washed. About 3 hours per machine, 30-day warranty on the work.

Front loaders are more involved to strip down than top loaders, so they are priced separately. The off-site surcharge applies to both types when there is no room to work at your place.

How payment works
No deposit and nothing to pay up front. You pay once, at the end, after you have checked the work.

- A receipt in the company name (CHER SOLUTIONS CO., LTD.). VAT registered: a full VAT tax invoice is available — send the company name and tax ID before the visit.
What is included in every job
- A firm price before I start. If I find something extra on site, I stop and ask you first.
- Two layers of sheeting over the floor and furniture, and the area cleaned up before I leave.
- Refrigerant measured in front of you. If it is not low, I tell you and I do not top it up.
- The old part shown to you whenever something is replaced.
- Every clean includes a disinfectant spray. Warranty against drips is 30 days after a standard clean and 60 days after a full strip-down clean, 30 days on repairs, and up to 1 year on a new installation.
Common questions
Is the price the same for everyone?
Yes. One price for every customer, quoted in full before I start work. The quoted figure is the final figure.
Is travel to my area included?
Yes, inside my service area there is no separate travel fee. That covers every sub-district of Mueang Chiang Mai — Nimman, the old city, Santitham and the airport side — as well as San Sai and northern Hang Dong, plus the parts of San Kamphaeng, Mae On, Saraphi and Doi Saket within my service range. If you are outside it, message me and I will tell you what is possible and what the travel cost would be.
How do I know which type of unit I have?
A wall unit is the rectangular one mounted high on a wall. A cassette is the square panel set into the ceiling with air blowing out of four sides. A suspended unit hangs below the ceiling, usually in restaurants and shops. If you are unsure, send me a photo on LINE and I will tell you.
Can you issue a tax invoice for my accounts?
Yes. Cher Solutions Co., Ltd. is VAT registered, so I issue full VAT tax invoices as well as receipts in the company name.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or Thai bank transfer on completion. I will show you the finished work and confirm the amount matches the quote before payment.
