- A 4-storey building: upper-floor rooms without a lift mean carrying equipment up the stairs. Tell me the floor and I'll pack a kit I can carry in one trip.
- In condo rooms the outdoor unit is usually on the balcony or in a service ledge on the building wall. Send a photo of where it is and I'll bring the right equipment.
- Rooms without a balcony can be cleaned: I use a drainage cover bag and lay a two-layer protective sheet, and leave the room tidy.
About the San Sai Luang area
San Sai Luang is the sub-district where the San Sai District Office stands. The old market community grew along the road with Wat San Sai Luang at its centre, and some of the San Sai market quarter's wooden shophouses still remain in front of the district office. The area is low-lying flat land crossed by irrigation channels, and the Jo stream (Lam Nam Jo) flows through it. Beyond the market quarter, housing estates sit among older villages such as Ban Khao Thaen and Ban Tho.
