  In homes where the drain pipe empties onto the ground or into a ditch beside the house, the end of the pipe can get blocked with soil and leaves until water backs up into the unit and drips into the room. This can be fixed without taking the unit down. I blow out the drain line and suggest where to raise the end of the pipe clear of the ground.
