Common questions about aircon service in Mae Khue

My home is on Route 118. How often should I clean the aircon?

More often than homes further in, especially rooms facing the road, because tyre dust and exhaust soot settle on the filters constantly. Rooms at the back of the house can usually go longer. I check the filters room by room and let you know, so you do not clean more often than necessary.

If my neighbours join in on the same day, do we get the multi-unit price?

Yes. I count it as one job even though they are separate homes, as long as it is the same day and the homes are close together. From three units it is 450 THB per unit, because I am coming to the area on one trip either way.
