What is different about aircon work in Samran Rat

Samran Rat is a small sub-district of Doi Saket. It is mostly homes in older communities interspersed with farmland, with both single-storey and two-storey houses.

Common questions about aircon service in Samran Rat

The insulation on the aircon pipes outside the house is cracked. Does it need fixing?

It should be fixed. Brittle, cracked insulation causes water to drip along the pipes and reduces efficiency. But it is not a big job and the unit does not have to be removed. I check the pipe run every time I come to clean, and tell you where it should be re-insulated and how long it takes, before you decide.

My home has only one aircon. How can I get better value?

Ask your neighbours to book the same day. I count it as one job even though they are separate homes. From three units it is 450 THB per unit, instead of the usual 500 THB per unit, because I am coming to the area on one trip either way.
