What is different about aircon work in Pa Daet – Nong Hoi

These two sub-districts have clearly different housing. Pa Daet is mainly housing estates, while Nong Hoi is a dense rental area, with many dorms and apartments packed into a fairly small area.

  • Housing estates and rental rooms call for different plans

In Pa Daet, homes often have several units each, so they qualify for the three-or-more-unit rate. In Nong Hoi, most are rental rooms with one unit each, and dorm owners often book several rooms in one visit; I apply the multi-unit rate for them too.

  • Mahidol Road, a six-lane road, cuts through the middle of the zone

Buildings along this road take in traffic dust all year round, unlike homes deeper in the sois, so the two shouldn't be cleaned on the same schedule. If you're not sure how often your home needs cleaning, send me your location and the symptoms, and I'll assess it first.

  • Pa Daet is low-lying land along the Ping River

Land along the Ping is low-lying and floods in the high-water season. Outdoor units standing at ground level should be raised above the level past floods have reached, and the drain line should be checked so water can't flow back into the unit. If flooding has ever reached the installation spot, let me know beforehand.

How I work here

I am based in San Kamphaeng and work in Pa Daet / Nong Hoi, Mueang Chiang Mai regularly. Landmarks in this area: Mahidol Road · Nong Hoi Intersection · Nong Hoi Market

I always give the price before I start, check the unit in front of you, explain the real cause, and do not top up refrigerant unless it is actually low, because overcharging uses more power and shortens the compressor's life.

For every clean I lay a two-layer cover sheet first and leave the area tidy before handing over. Every unit gets a disinfectant spray, with a 30-day warranty against dripping (60 days for the full strip-down clean). If it drips in that time, I come back and fix it free. Repairs carry a 30-day warranty.
